The integrated planning approach for the ARCH VILLA house in the Greenfield project was shaped by the site’s characteristics and complex geometry. This required unconventional spatial solutions that made it possible to divide the territory into several functional zones: the more open entrance area, a private zone, and an internal garden with a fire pit, achieving a balance between openness and seclusion.

Special attention in the facade design is given to the use of custom-made Belgian brick. The ground floor features vertical brickwork, while the first floor uses horizontal coursing, visually separating the levels and adding a dynamic texture. A key design feature is the use of specially developed curved brick elements that give the facade a sense of harmony and fluidity. This approach also softens the angles facing the entrance area, creating a more welcoming and inviting appearance.

The use of semi-arches and curved brick elements enhances the dynamism of the facade and lends the overall architectural composition a sense of flow.

The interior of ARCH VILLA  is a sanctuary of calm, where light and air become integral elements of the space. The main feature of the ground floor is a fireplace that divides the living and dining areas. Its complex curved shape is the result of advanced craftsmanship and technological precision. The carefully designed curves create a harmonious silhouette that integrates seamlessly into the interior. The natural stone cladding gives the fireplace both monumentality and elegance. Light reflecting off its textured surface creates a play of subtle tones, highlighting the beauty and texture of the material.

The architectural concept emphasises freedom and purity of form, where every design element strives for lightness and balance.

The concept is built around a monochrome palette, with a variety of textures and materials adding richness of colours and depth. This creates a visually light interior that remains expressive.

The interior of ArchVilla unites architecture, art, and bespoke design, creating a space where functionality meets aesthetics. Each element is intended to evoke emotion and imagination, transforming the house into a work of art filled with light and harmony.

The presence of sunlight within the house and across the site is an essential aspect of comfort. This is why during the design process, various spatial scenarios were calculated for optimal daylight exposure.
