The Pleshcheyevo Lake hotel is located on a picturesque slope of one of the hills framing Lake Pleshcheyevo.
The organization of the general plan is largely subordinated to the oval shape of the lake and the soft contours of the relief.
One of the main tasks was to preserve the panorama of the monastery and the lake intact, this significantly affected the volumetric planning solution of the complex, the volume of the main building is recessed into the slope of the hill.
The complex consists of three main typologies: the main volume of the hotel, a floating pier-hotel and detached single-family houses.
The project won first place in the competition of sustainable architecture “Precious Heat”.
