Villa NEO is designed in a modern minimalist style with elements of Scandinavian modernism. The architectural solution focuses on the simplicity of forms and the use of natural materials, which creates a harmonious interaction with the natural environment. Large panoramic windows and open terraces enhance the connection with the outside world, and the strict lines and geometry of the facades give the building an elegant and sophisticated look.
The facade is finished with slate, fiber concrete panels and stainless steel. Mirrored stainless steel panels on the second floor visually dissolve the silhouette of the building in the sky and tree crowns, creating an effect of lightness and harmony with the surrounding landscape.
The first floor includes a living room, study, guest bedroom, sauna, hamam, swimming pool, kitchen, black kitchen, bathrooms, utility rooms and a garage for two cars. The second floor consists of four bedrooms with bathrooms and a staff block with a separate entrance.
