The complex geometry of the plot influenced the spatial composition of the house, as well as the layout of its ground and first floors.
The design separates the circulation paths of residents and staff, ensuring maximum comfort and privacy.
The first floor forms a private entry courtyard and inner garden. A separate entrance and driveway are provided for staff.
The house also includes a swimming pool, a spa area, and a ground floor designed for sports activities and storage. A terraced slope was created to provide natural lighting to these spaces.
The garage is a single-storey structure, ensuring ample daylight across the plot. The height of the ground floor is 4.1 metres.
A cantilever on the second floor highlights and shelters the main entrance, as well as the spa area below, providing protection from rain and overheating. The terrace features sliding glazing. The height of the second floor is 3.5 metres.
